Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required on orders shipping within our resident state of California. Other states are not applicable.
Shipping
All items shipped within the continental United States is FREE.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Policy
Returned merchandise must be in original packaging, including all packing material. Tampered, installed and special order merchandise is not returnable. No refunds or exchanges after 14 (fourteen) days. Email
support@gripgarage for return authorization codes. No cancellation refunds or exchanges on special orders. No returns will be accepted without an authorized RA number. RA numbers expire after 10 business days. It is customer responsibility to ship authorized returns timely. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
Price Matching
We, at Grip Garage, can attempt to match any offer that a customer provides. The advertised product must be from a legitamate retail store and the customer will need to provide evidence of the advertised product price with a URL of the webpage, or a scanned image of the advertised product. Price matching excludes individual sellers, ebay, or any uncertified businesses. Price matching is not valid when an order has already been processed.
Typographical Error
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Grip Garage shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. Grip Garage shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, P&G shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Email/Newsletters:
Customer will not receive any continual email solicitation from the company, unless the customer consents to the solicitation at checkout, or through a double opt-in process. And, if the customer does consent to receive email from the company, the company agrees to have a simple unsubscribe option available, along with unsubscribe instructions in every email.
Payment Gateway:
The Grip Garage website is secured and uses SSL technology during checkout, payment transactions and information pertaining therefore. Grip Garage directs customers to a payment gateway called LinkPoint to insure high level of security during payment transactions.
